Try Ryan Willeitner. He's the big brother of my old room mate and I know he's way big into the frisbee scene. I'm pretty sure he's either captain or co captain on the club team as well. I don't have any contact info though, but I know he's a mechanical engineering major. I could give you his home number and you could get his personal number that way? Or he lives in the apartment complex behind the sigma chi and pi kappa house.
I don't like ultimate frisbee! I too felt the crazy when I got here. Seems like those that play have all sorts of rituals, moves and rules. You can interview me to rant. I also have a friend who is friends with a fanatic. Could get you them.
